Cancellation Policy

To confirm your appointment at Daniela Montilla Med Spa, we require a deposit. This deposit guarantees your space in our schedule and is non-refundable under any circumstances. We understand that unforeseen events can arise, so we allow you to change your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Changes outside of this timeframe or no-shows without prior notice will be considered a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. Your time is valuable, and so is ours.
